🖥️ تشغيل الأنظمة المحاسبية

• تشغيل أنظمة الكمبيوتر المبرمجة ببرامج محاسبية لتسجيل وتخزين وتحليل المعلومات.

• التأكد من إدخال القيود المحاسبية بشكل منتظم ودقيق وفي الوقت المناسب.

📋 الامتثال والتنظيم المالي

• فهم والامتثال للوائح المالية والتشريعات في مملكة البحرين.

• الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات الشركة.

📊 التقارير المالية والموازنات

• المساعدة في إعداد القوائم المالية والجدولة الخاصة بها شهريًا.

• المساهمة في إعداد الموازنة العامة للشركة.

• مراقبة ومتابعة تنفيذ الميزانية ومقارنتها بالفعلي لضمان السيطرة المالية.

💰 التدفقات النقدية والمقبوضات

• متابعة خطط التدفق النقدي وضمان السداد في الوقت المناسب للموردين.

• متابعة الديون والتحصيلات من العملاء.

• تسوية الإيرادات مقابل الإيصالات وضمان الإيداع والتسجيل في النظام.

🧾 السجلات والضرائب

• الحفاظ على سجل الأصول الثابتة وجداول المصروفات المدفوعة مقدمًا والمخصصات.

• تقديم إقرارات ضريبة القيمة المضافة في الوقت المناسب وترتيب جميع المدفوعات الحكومية.

• احتساب الضرائب وإعداد الإقرارات الضريبية والامتثال لمتطلبات الدفع والتقارير.

🔍 التدقيق والمتابعة

• المساعدة في عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي.

• إعداد قيود التسوية الدورية.

• متابعة القروض والحسابات والتأكد من تحديث المدفوعات.

📥 الحسابات الدائنة والخدمة

• إنشاء فواتير الموردين في النظام وضمان توثيقها بالشكل الصحيح.

• تحسين خدمة العملاء الداخلية باستمرار.

• Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyze financial information.

• Ensure regular and accurate posting of accounting entries in a timely manner.

📋 Compliance & Regulations

• Understand and comply with Bahrain’s financial regulations and legislation.

• Follow company policies, procedures, and internal controls.

📊 Financial Reporting & Budgeting

• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and supporting schedules.

• Support in annual budget preparation and enforce budgetary control over actual expenditures.

💰 Cash Flow & Receivables

• Follow cash flow plans and ensure timely payments to vendors.

• Follow up with debtors to ensure timely collections.

• Reconcile revenue against receipts and ensure timely deposits and system entries.

🧾 Taxation & Fixed Assets

• Maintain fixed asset registers, prepaid schedules, and provisions schedules.

• Submit VAT returns on time and manage all related ministry payments.

• Compute taxes owed and prepare returns in compliance with regulations.

🔍 Audits & Reconciliation

• Assist with statutory and internal audits.

• Prepare adjusting journal entries as needed.

• Monitor loans and account statuses to ensure payments are current.

📥 Accounts Payable & Customer Service

• Generate AP invoices in the system with proper documentation.

• Continuously enhance customer service relevant to the role.

• Seek creative, practical, and diverse solutions to work-related problems.
