1. Security Guard Needed – Construction Site Experience Preferred

Job Title: Security Guard
Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

The Security Guard ensures the safety and protection of personnel, property, equipment, and materials at construction or project sites. This includes monitoring access, conducting patrols, reporting incidents, and enforcing regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control entry/exit of staff, vehicles, and visitors

• Verify IDs and log all entries and exits

• Conduct regular patrols of site and key areas

• Respond calmly to alarms or emergencies

• Check lighting, locks, and report issues

• Monitor loading/unloading to prevent theft

• Enforce PPE and restricted access rules

• Participate in emergency drills

• Maintain accurate reports and logs

• Stay alert and professional during all shifts

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of security experience, preferably in construction

• Valid security license as per local laws

• Familiar with access control and reporting

• Physically fit for patrols and outdoor shifts

• Good observation, communication, and judgment

Working Conditions:
Outdoor work in all weather, night shifts possible, physical tasks required. PPE and safety protocol compliance are mandatory.

ملخص الوظيفة:
يتولى حارس الأمن مسؤولية حماية الأفراد والممتلكات والمعدات في مواقع المشاريع والإنشاءات، من خلال مراقبة الدخول والخروج، والقيام بدوريات منتظمة، والإبلاغ عن أي حوادث أو مخالفات.

المهام الرئيسية:

• مراقبة دخول وخروج الموظفين والزوار والمركبات

• التحقق من الهويات وتسجيل الدخول والخروج

• تنفيذ دوريات تفتيش دورية في الموقع

• الاستجابة للطوارئ والإنذارات بهدوء

• تفقد أنظمة الأمان كالإضاءة والأقفال والكاميرات

• مراقبة تحميل وتفريغ المواد لمنع السرقة

• فرض القوانين الخاصة بالموقع والزي الوقائي

• المشاركة في تدريبات الطوارئ والإخلاء

• إعداد تقارير يومية وسجلات دقيقة

• الحفاظ على يقظة ومهنية أثناء جميع المناوبات

المؤهلات:

• شهادة ثانوية أو ما يعادلها

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال الأمن (يفضل في البناء)

• رخصة أمنية سارية حسب اللوائح المحلية

• معرفة باستخدام أنظمة الأمن والمراقبة

• لياقة بدنية مناسبة للقيام بالدوريات

• مهارات مراقبة قوية وقدرة على التصرف بهدوء
