Job Overview:

We are looking for a QA/QC Supervisor to oversee quality control in a furniture workshop located in the Capital Governorate, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will ensure all furniture products meet strict quality standards, conduct inspections, and collaborate closely with the production team to maintain excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify all furniture products meet quality standards and customer requirements

• Inspect raw materials such as wood, hardware, and fabric for quality and quantity

• Monitor quality during all stages of production: cutting, assembly, finishing, upholstery

• Conduct final inspections of furniture pieces to identify defects and ensure proper dimensions and finishes

• Document and report defects, working with production to identify root causes and solutions

• Maintain detailed quality reports and inspection records

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations

• Collaborate with production teams to support continuous improvement

Experience and Skills:

• 3 to 5 years of QA/QC experience in furniture manufacturing or woodworking

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

نبحث عن مشرف مراقبة جودة (QA/QC) للعمل في ورشة أثاث تقع في محافظة العاصمة بالبحرين. سيضمن المرشح المناسب أن جميع منتجات الأثاث تلبي معايير الجودة الصارمة، ويقوم بالفحص المستمر، ويتعاون مع فريق الإنتاج للحفاظ على أعلى مستويات الجودة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• التحقق من أن جميع منتجات الأثاث تلبي معايير الجودة ومتطلبات العملاء

• فحص المواد الخام مثل الخشب، الأجهزة، والأقمشة من حيث الجودة والكمية

• مراقبة الجودة في جميع مراحل الإنتاج: القص، التجميع، التشطيب، التنجيد

• إجراء الفحص النهائي للأثاث للكشف عن العيوب وضمان الأبعاد الصحيحة وجودة التشطيب

Watercolor Interiors Middle East W.L.L. is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to ensure smooth communication and coordination between Quantity Surveyors, Project Engineers, and Procurement teams. This role supports the entire lifecycle of interior fit-out projects, from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between Quantity Surveyors and Project Engineers

• Track project timelines and ensure milestones are met

• Coordinate procurement activities for timely material delivery

• Manage and update project documentation such as contracts, schedules, and reports

• Resolve project issues and escalate when needed

• Communicate regularly with clients and address their concerns

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of project coordination experience in construction or interior fit-out industry

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled HVAC & Plumbing Supervisor with strong experience in estimation, costing, and site execution. You will coordinate MEP works and ensure smooth delivery of projects within schedule and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform HVAC & Plumbing engineering tasks including estimation and costing

• Review MEP drawings and adapt as per site conditions

• Coordinate with client’s MEP team and mall management

• Calculate heat loads according to HVAC standards

• Manage manpower and subcontractors for project execution

• Prepare material requirement lists and request quotations from suppliers

• Conduct daily site inspections and report modifications to seniors and clients

• Guide and supervise the team to meet deadlines
