We are seeking a skilled Accountant to support financial operations in property developments and projects across Bahrain and the region. If you have a strong accounting background in construction, real estate, or hospitality and want to grow your career with a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you.

Details

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers aligned with company policies

• Manage accounts payable/receivable, supplier payments, client invoicing, and reconciliations

• Prepare financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) for management and stakeholders

• Track project costs, budgets, and job costing for construction financial control

• Support VAT returns preparation and ensure Bahrain tax compliance

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes

• Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and site teams for accurate cost tracking

• Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities

• Help improve internal controls and accounting processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 6 years accounting experience in real estate, construction, or development (Bahrain/GCC preferred)

• Strong knowledge of Bahrain VAT and financial regulations

• Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, ERP) and advanced Excel skills

• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus

• CPA, CMA, or equivalent qualification (or pursuing)
