We're hiring a Sales Executive with proven experience in the sales of Ready-Mix Concrete, Blocks, Building Materials, or Chemical Products. The ideal candidate will develop new business, submit competitive proposals, and manage key accounts professionally to win contracts and drive growth.

Requirements

Must be locally available in Bahrain
Minimum 2 years' experience in sales of building materials or related industries
Experience in GCC market is a must
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Valid driving license preferred
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Strong reporting and documentation abilities

Main Responsibilities

Identify new markets and analyze customer positions
Schedule and conduct regular client visits
Collect market and customer feedback for internal use
Prepare quotations and negotiate contract terms (cash & credit)
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
Handle and resolve customer complaints in coordination with production
Submit detailed sales reports and market analysis
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations
Maintain proper usage of PPE and support 5S standards

We are hiring for the position of Plant Mechanic, responsible for ensuring optimal performance of plant machinery through inspections, maintenance, and mechanical support. Experience in sandwash plants and mechanical troubleshooting is essential.

Responsibilities

Perform regular inspections of plant equipment, especially sandwash systems
Carry out maintenance and assembly of plant mixers and gearboxes
Monitor equipment performance during daily operations
Conduct periodic and preventive maintenance on all plant machinery
Inspect and evaluate the condition and cleanliness of mechanical systems
Handle various mechanical repair and maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance (plant-based preferred)
GCC experience is an advantage
Must be locally available for immediate hire in Qatar
Technical knowledge in gearboxes, mixers, and sandwash plants is required

We are hiring a Timekeeper to manage labor attendance, records, and support payroll processing for the asphalt operations.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and working hours
Enter daily timesheets using MS Excel and internal systems
Coordinate with supervisors to verify time data and site logs
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly time reports
Support HR and payroll departments with attendance reports
