About the job:
The Senior Accountant is responsible for supporting the implementation of a TRACCS office’s finance strategy and operations within a single office.
Responsibilities Include:

Verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling accounts payables and receivables.

Producing error-free accounting reports and presenting their results.
-
Analyzing finance information and summarizing finance status.
-
Spotting errors and suggesting ways to improve efficiency and spending.
-
Reviewing and recommending modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
-
Managing accounting assistants and bookkeepers.
-
Participating in finance standards setting and forecasting.
-
Preparing finance statements and producing budget according to schedule.
-
Directing internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
-
Planning, assigning, and reviewing staff’s work.
-
Supporting with month-end and year-end closing.
Experience and Skills Required:

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting.

At least 3 years of experience as an accountant with reputable companies.

Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles and accounting software applications.
