Job Responsibilities
Identify and engage with coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, and other businesses to promote and sell coffee products
Build and nurture strong long-term relationships with business clients
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow the customer base and meet targets
Present and demonstrate a range of coffee products including beans, brewing equipment, and accessories
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules with clients
Collaborate closely with the Coffee Shop Manager to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to spot new sales opportunities
Support the organization of coffee tastings, trade shows, and promotional events
Requirements
Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in coffee or food & beverage industry
Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, brewing methods, and industry trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and sustain long-term business relationships
