About the Job
Are you a hands-on technician who thrives on solving cooling system issues with precision? We are seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our full-time team in Sakhir, Bahrain.
What You’ll Be Doing
-
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of HVAC/AC systems
-
Diagnose and fix malfunctions promptly
-
Perform preventive maintenance (filters, refrigerant, calibration, cleaning)
-
Record maintenance activities and system logs
-
Coordinate with suppliers to acquire parts and tools
-
Recommend component upgrades based on performance assessments
-
Support teams with technical HVAC-related advice
-
Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor
Who You Are
Diploma or technical certificate in HVAC/Refrigeration
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience
Able to read technical diagrams and schematics
Strong in electrical and refrigeration troubleshooting
Knowledge of safety regulations and refrigerant handling
Communicates well in English and works independently
Physically fit for confined/elevated work

المهام الرئيسية

تنفيذ عمليات الصيانة الدورية وفحص أنظمة التكييف

تشخيص الأعطال وإصلاحها بسرعة وكفاءة

تنفيذ صيانة وقائية (تنظيف، تغيير الفلاتر، شحن الفريون، معايرة الأجهزة)
-
توثيق عمليات الصيانة وأداء النظام
-
التنسيق مع الموردين لشراء القطع والأدوات
-
تقديم توصيات لتحسين الأداء أو استبدال القطع
-
دعم الزملاء وتقديم المشورة الفنية
-
تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى من قبل المشرف
المتطلبات
دبلوم أو شهادة فنية في التبريد والتكييف
خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنتين
القدرة على قراءة المخططات الفنية
مهارات عالية في تشخيص الأعطال
معرفة بإجراءات السلامة والتعامل مع الفريون
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والعمل بشكل مستقل
