General Foreman

Position Summary – General Foreman / Site Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Foreman / Site Coordinator to join our construction team in Bahrain. The selected candidate will play a vital role in managing manpower, supervising on-site activities, and coordinating work between trades and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

Manpower Allocation & Monitoring

Allocate workers across different sites based on project requirements.
Track daily labor deployment and site distribution.

Site Supervision & Quality Control

Monitor on-site progress, productivity, and work quality.
Ensure projects are delivered within timelines and budget constraints.

Coordination & Supervision

Coordinate between different trades and subcontractors on site.
Oversee skilled and unskilled workers, technicians, drivers, and machine operators.

Renovation & Cost Management

Prepare budgets for minor renovation and upgrade works.
Supervise renovation works using existing manpower efficiently and cost-effectively.

تبحث شركتنا الإنشائية في البحرين عن فورمان عام / منسق موقع متمرس ومتفانٍ. سيكون مسؤولًا عن توزيع القوى العاملة، متابعة الأعمال، والتنسيق بين مختلف المقاولين والعمال في الموقع.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

توزيع القوى العاملة والمتابعة

توزيع العمال حسب احتياجات العمل في المواقع المختلفة.
تتبع توزيع العمال يوميًا عبر المواقع.

الإشراف على الموقع ومراقبة الجودة

متابعة سير العمل والإنتاجية وجودة التنفيذ في الموقع.
التأكد من تنفيذ الأعمال ضمن الميزانية والجدول الزمني المحدد.

التنسيق والإشراف العام

التنسيق بين الفرق المختلفة والمقاولين الفرعيين.
الإشراف على الفنيين والعمال والسائقين ومشغلي المعدات.

AC Technician

المسمى الوظيفي

تُعلن الشركة عن حاجتها العاجلة لتوظيف فني تكييف ذو خبرة للانضمام إلى الفريق الفني.

المهام والمسؤوليات

تركيب وصيانة وإصلاح أنظمة التكييف (سبليت، شباك، وأنظمة مركزية).
تشخيص الأعطال الكهربائية والميكانيكية بدقة.
تنظيف واستبدال الفلاتر والملفات والمكوّنات الداخلية.
التأكد من كفاءة عمل أنظمة التبريد.

المتطلبات

خبرة مثبتة في مجال صيانة أنظمة التكييف أو HVAC.
مهارات قوية في اكتشاف الأعطال وإصلاحها.
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
الاستعداد للالتحاق الفوري بالعمل.
يُفضل المتواجدون حاليًا داخل البحرين.
