1. ICU/Recovery Nurse – Skilled in Emergency Response

Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with experience in post-operative and surgical ward care to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, responsive, and capable of providing high-quality care in critical patient settings.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Critical Patient Monitoring: Continuously assess and monitor vital signs and condition of post-surgical patients.

• Post-Operative Care: Provide specialized recovery care following major surgeries.

• Emergency Response: Respond rapidly in emergencies such as cardiac or respiratory arrest.

• Medication Administration: Safely administer IV medications, pain management, and treatments.

• Care Coordination: Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes.

• Infection Control: Ensure a sterile and safe clinical environment to minimize complications.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Nursing.

• Preference for candidates registered in Bahrain or other GCC countries.

• Applicants with DataFlow verification reports are strongly preferred.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in medical and surgical wards.

• Immediate joiners are highly desirable.

• Valid certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support).

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• مراقبة المرضى الحرجة: متابعة العلامات الحيوية والحالة العامة للمرضى بعد العمليات الجراحية باستمرار.

• رعاية ما بعد العمليات: تقديم رعاية متخصصة خلال فترة التعافي بعد العمليات الكبرى.

• الاستجابة للطوارئ: التدخل السريع في حالات التوقف القلبي أو التنفسي.

• إعطاء الأدوية: إعطاء الأدوية عبر الوريد، مسكنات الألم، والعلاجات الأخرى بأمان.

• تنسيق الرعاية: التعاون مع الأطباء والفرق الطبية لتحقيق أفضل النتائج العلاجية.

• مكافحة العدوى: الحفاظ على بيئة معقمة وآمنة لمنع حدوث مضاعفات.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• شهادة بكالوريوس أو دبلوم في التمريض.

• الأفضلية للممرضات المسجلات في البحرين أو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.

• سيتم إعطاء أولوية للمرشحات اللاتي يمتلكن تقرير تحقق DataFlow.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في الأقسام الطبية والجراحية.

• الأفضلية للمرشحات القادرات على الانضمام فورًا.

• شهادة سارية في الإنعاش القلبي الأساسي (BLS) والإنعاش القلبي المتقدم (ACLS).
