🎯 Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Deliver a broad range of educational programs and services under the FFSP.

Conduct training classes for Sailors and their family members.

Provide accurate information about available resources and referrals.

Offer one-on-one consultations as appropriate.
-
Accurately document all individual and group services in the Fleet and Family Support Management Information System (FFSMIS).

Ensure all services are scheduled and tracked in the centralized system used by the FFSP.
-
Support disaster preparedness and response efforts.
-
Deliver Return and Reunion training sessions at sea.
-
Perform other related duties as required.

MENA Senior E2E Planning Manager
About the Role
As the Senior E2E Planning Manager, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end planning agenda across the MENA region—from production capacity and material planning to long-term strategy and day-to-day operations. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain operations, embedding advanced planning practices, and driving digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the planning and S&OP roadmap aligned with Arla’s regional and global ambitions, especially in digitalization and sustainability.

Team Leadership: Lead and develop a strong planning team across Bahrain and Saudi Arabia while promoting the values of Good Growth, Good Leadership, and Good Values.

S&OP Ownership: Manage and evolve the regional Sales & Operations Planning process, turning strategic goals into daily, weekly, and monthly execution.

Operational Excellence: Foster a culture of LEAN practices, safety-first mindset, and quality focus to drive operational efficiency.

Process Maturity: Improve regional DRM (Demand Review Meetings), SRM (Supply Review Meetings), and S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) to deliver business value and performance outcomes.

Global Representation: Represent the MENA region in global planning forums and collaborate cross-functionally to support growth and service excellence.
