Strategic Sales Support Executive – Immediate Start

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to sales inquiries quickly and professionally

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals with precision

• Lead bid/tender submissions with internal coordination

• Maintain accurate records of all opportunities and communication

• Support the sales team with planning, reports, and documentation

• Enhance internal workflows for operational efficiency

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in sales operations or similar roles

• Strategic mindset with strong business acumen

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Proven ability in managing proposals and tenders

• Microsoft Office proficiency and presentation skills

• Team player with interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Quality-driven and proactive approach

• Arabic language skills are a plus

• Valid Bahrain residency permit

Job Type: Contract (6 months)
Start Date: 01 July 2025
Salary: Up to BHD 450/month

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• الرد على استفسارات العملاء بسرعة واحترافية

• إعداد عروض فنية وتجارية منظمة ومفصلة

• قيادة تنسيق وإعداد المناقصات والعطاءات

• حفظ سجلات دقيقة للفرص والتواصل مع العملاء

• دعم فريق المبيعات بالتقارير والتخطيط والوثائق

• تحسين الإجراءات الداخلية لرفع الكفاءة التشغيلية

المتطلبات:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في عمليات المبيعات أو أدوار مشابهة

• فكر استراتيجي وفهم جيد للأعمال

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثًا

• دقة عالية في العمل وتنظيم ممتاز

• خبرة مثبتة في إعداد العروض والمناقصات

• إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office ومهارات في العروض التقديمية

• مهارات تواصل وحل مشكلات والعمل ضمن فريق

• التركيز على الجودة وروح المبادرة

• يفضل من لديه مهارات تواصل باللغة العربية

• إقامة سارية في البحرين

نوع العقد: مؤقت (6 أشهر)
تاريخ البدء المتوقع: 1 يوليو 2025
الراتب: حتى 450 دينار بحريني شهريًا

Non-Destructive Testing Specialist – Full-Time Position

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in oilfields and power plants

• BS degree or Diploma in engineering or related field

• Valid technical certifications: SNT-TC1A & PCN Level II (MT, PT, UT)

• Ability to join immediately

• Strong technical knowledge of NDT processes

• Willingness to work in field-based and industrial environments
