Construction Manager - Building Construction Projects
Job Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Oversight
-
Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project plans, specifications, and budgets are met.

Oversee daily construction activities to ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and safety compliance.
Project Management
-
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using project management software.
-
Manage and monitor project budgets, identifying and mitigating potential cost overruns.
-
Process and manage all change orders and variations to the original plans.
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation including daily logs, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
Team Leadership & Communication
-
Supervise and lead construction crews to ensure efficient and safe practices.
-
Ensure consistent communication with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors.
-
Address and resolve any construction issues or unexpected challenges with practical solutions.
Procurement & Logistics
-
Manage procurement and logistics of materials and equipment for timely availability.
Health & Safety
-
Implement and enforce all safety regulations and procedures on-site.
Job Requirements
-
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).

10–15 years of experience in a similar role.
-
Experience in A or B grade construction companies.
-
Ability to establish a new department or company from scratch.
-
Strong knowledge in Technical, Financial, and Administrative aspects.
-
Must be from a Construction background, not Consultancy.
-
Proven experience managing large-scale projects, including high-rise buildings and villas.
-
Hands-on experience in managing 300+ employees.
-
Strong leadership skills and personality capable of running full operations.
-
Valid driver’s license is mandatory.

قيادة الفريق والتواصل

قيادة فرق العمل في الموقع والتأكد من تطبيق أفضل ممارسات السلامة والكفاءة.

التواصل المستمر والواضح مع العملاء، والمهندسين، والاستشاريين، والمقاولين من الباطن.

التعامل مع أي مشاكل أو تحديات غير متوقعة وتقديم حلول مناسبة لضمان استمرار العمل.
المشتريات واللوجستيات

إدارة عمليات شراء المواد والمعدات لضمان توفرها في الوقت المناسب.
الصحة والسلامة

تطبيق جميع أنظمة وتعليمات السلامة داخل الموقع والإشراف على تنفيذها.
المتطلبات الوظيفية

شهادة بكالوريوس أو ماجستير في إدارة البناء أو الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل).

خبرة لا تقل عن 10–15 سنة في دور مماثل.
-
عمل سابقًا في شركات إنشائية من الفئة A أو B.
-
قادر على تأسيس قسم أو شركة جديدة من الألف إلى الياء.
-
يمتلك معرفة قوية في الجوانب الفنية، المالية، والإدارية.
-
يجب أن يكون المتقدم من خلفية إنشائية وليس استشارية.
-
لديه خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع متعددة تشمل أبراجًا شاهقة وفيلات.
-
خبرة في إدارة فرق عمل لا تقل عن 300 موظف.
-
يمتلك شخصية قوية وقادرة على قيادة العمليات بشكل شامل.
-
رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول مطلوبة.
