Job Purpose

Job Duties

• Handle technical, maintenance, and repair issues within the restaurant.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and ventilation systems, chillers, and other equipment.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the service and repair of all kitchen equipment, including machinery such as AC units.
