Role Overview
We’re looking for talented, enthusiastic, and dedicated Customer Experience Interns to be the main point of contact for our customers. Your tasks will include addressing customer queries, sharing feedback with different departments, and identifying ways to improve our processes.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Communicating with customers over live chat and phone calls to answer their questions and help solve their problems

• Building relationships with customers from the first contact by welcoming them and ensuring they’re happy with their experience

• Onboarding customers to kick off their journey

Role Overview
At Calo, we believe every team member’s journey begins with a thoughtful and human-centered recruitment experience. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growth by owning and improving end-to-end recruitment processes.

This role sits within the Talent Acquisition team, part of the broader People & Culture function, and plays a key role in delivering a high-quality, empathetic, and brand-aligned hiring journey.

Main Responsibilities

• Create job descriptions and interview questions tailored to specific role requirements

• Source qualified candidates using online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant job boards), while maintaining a strong employer brand

• Screen resumes and applications via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

• Coordinate interviews, from scheduling to follow-up, across screening calls, assessments, and in-person or virtual interviews

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role scopes

• Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Collect and share feedback from candidates to improve the recruitment experience

• Build and nurture talent pipelines and long-term relationships with potential candidates

Role Overview
To portion meals for our customers using our technology—ensuring all meals are ready and packaged to be dispatched on time for deliveries, while adhering to high standards of hygiene, quality, and consistency.

Main Responsibilities

• Portion the components for every meal for each specific customer on time before deliveries go out

• Communicate with drivers and the Customer Experience team to ensure a top-notch customer experience

• Maintain proper hygiene standards in the kitchen

• Ensure any last-minute changes are carried out while maintaining high standards

Ideal Candidate

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of dispatching experience in the food industry, preferably in fast food

• High standards in hygiene practices within a kitchen facility
