Job Overview:
We seek a motivated and experienced Associate Director to oversee clinical trial quality across Europe, ensuring compliance with ICH GCP guidelines, EMA regulations, and internal SOPs. This role demands leadership in site monitoring oversight, risk mitigation, and continuous quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement monitoring oversight plans aligned with protocols and regulations

Guide monitoring teams and CROs to meet quality standards

Conduct quality evaluations and risk assessments of monitoring activities

Ensure site compliance with patient safety and data integrity standards

Collaborate cross-functionally for unified quality and risk management

Serve as expert on GCP and regulatory best practices
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or healthcare

8-10 years clinical trial monitoring/quality assurance experience, oncology required

Strong knowledge of ICH GCP, EMA, FDA regulations

Experience with risk-based and central monitoring methods

Proficiency in CTMS, EDC, TMF systems

Ability to travel as needed

Advanced degree (Master’s, PharmD, PhD)
