Manage and coordinate the entire admissions process

Communicate effectively with prospective students and families

Handle all enrollment documentation and procedures

Ensure accurate and timely follow-ups

Collaborate with the academic and administrative teams

Proven experience in admissions within an educational setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

الوصف الوظيفي:
سيكون مدير القبول مسؤولاً عن إدارة عملية القبول بالكامل، والتنسيق مع الطلاب المحتملين وعائلاتهم، والإشراف على إجراءات التسجيل بكفاءة واحترافية.
المهام والمسؤوليات:

إدارة وتنظيم جميع مراحل عملية القبول

التواصل الفعّال مع أولياء الأمور والطلاب المحتملين

الإشراف على الوثائق والإجراءات المتعلقة بالتسجيل

المتابعة الدقيقة والمستمرة مع المتقدمين

التعاون مع الفرق الأكاديمية والإدارية
المؤهلات المطلوبة:

خبرة سابقة في إدارة القبول بالمؤسسات التعليمية

مهارات اتصال قوية وقدرة عالية على التعامل مع الآخرين
