Product Manager – Digital Wallets (xPay)
About the Job:
We are hiring a Product Manager – Digital Payments for a 12-month contract based in Manama, Bahrain. You will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Google Pay and Apple Pay (xPay) wallet integration for a major card issuer. This is a strategic role reporting to the Head of Cards/Digital.

Core Responsibilities:

Define target customer segment, card type, and channels for prepaid card integration with xPay

Launch and manage Apple and Google Pay wallets from planning through execution

Review market trends and best practices in digital card products

Analyze competitors’ pricing, features, and loyalty programs
-
Track and manage the full project lifecycle and ensure timely delivery
-
Liaise with internal teams, Mastercard, processors, and other external parties
-
Recommend post-launch strategies to increase usage and customer engagement
Mandatory Requirements:
-
5+ years in xPay implementation (Apple Pay / Google Pay) with Mastercard
-
5+ years in card product management (commercialization, optimization)
-
Expertise in Digital Wallets and Cards Product Management

Must be based in Bahrain
Key KPIs:

Successful launch and performance of xPay wallets

Gross Dollar Value (GDV) from wallet transactions

Stakeholder coordination and project governance efficiency

Speed of execution and response to internal/external needs

Customer engagement and card activation post-launch
Qualifications & Experience:

Deep experience with card-based digital payment systems

Strong knowledge of the GCC/Bahraini payment ecosystem

We are currently seeking a skilled Pumping Systems Technician to join our airport operations team. The ideal candidate will have proven hands-on experience in operating, maintaining, and repairing airport pumping systems, including stormwater, sewage, and fire suppression systems.
Roles & Responsibilities

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot airport pumping systems

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on stormwater, sewage, and fire suppression systems
-
Conduct mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic diagnostics and repairs
-
Respond to system failures and emergencies promptly
-
Maintain detailed service records and reports
-
Ensure systems are functioning safely and efficiently in compliance with operational standards
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting
