Job Description

You will be responsible for assisting the overall Sales team in driving revenue by helping to qualify accounts; answering requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs); preparing and delivering solution-based product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers from C-Level to end-users; and executing on customer proof of concepts (POCs).

• Support sales efforts with in-depth product and business knowledge.

• Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to both technical and non-technical customers.

• Gather, analyze, and document customers' requirements and uncover details of business problems that prospects have.

• Complete the business analysis and technical component of sales proposals with case studies and factual data.

• Respond to RFIs and RFPs and prepare appropriate technical proposals.

• Answer technical questions about the solutions and related infrastructure.

• This is a customer-facing position, requiring possible work at customer sites for extended periods or permanently.
