Reporting Analyst

The Roles and Responsibilities are as follows:

• Investment pipeline data entry and reporting: Support investment pipeline activities with data entry of opportunities, support for record keeping for pipeline meetings, follow up on updates for key opportunities and the investment team, creation of monthly reports for the Kanoo Ventures stakeholders and Board, submit data for YBAK pipeline reporting and other activities as requested.
• Portfolio performance reporting: Work with KV Finance and KV portfolio management to ensure accurate and timely tracking of portfolio reporting (financial and non-financial information).
• Kanoo Ventures activities reporting: Generate monthly reports on the KV team activities including KSA activities and others, as required by YBAK stakeholders and the KV CEO, support development of Board reporting.
• Systems implementation: Proactively support implementation of new tools and systems across Kanoo Ventures.
• Finance function support: Provide support to the Finance team for transactional activities.
• Willingness to conduct business trips between the UAE, to Bahrain and KSA as required.

Location: Bahrain

Qualifications & Experiences:

• 1-3 years’ experience in finance, investments, consulting, or banking.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Finance & Banking, Accounting, or equivalent).
• Strong data analysis skills with a high level of proficiency in the use of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools such as Power BI and others.
• Strong interest in new technology and tools with a familiarity with the latest developments in AI and willingness to test new ways of working.
• Sector experience in any of healthcare, energy, manufacturing, and industrials.

محلل التقارير

الأدوار والمسؤوليات هي كما يلي:

• إدخال بيانات خط أنابيب الاستثمار وإعداد التقارير عنها: دعم أنشطة خط أنابيب الاستثمار من خلال إدخال بيانات الفرص، ودعم حفظ السجلات لاجتماعات خط الأنابيب، ومتابعة التحديثات الخاصة بالفرص الرئيسية وفريق الاستثمار، وإنشاء تقارير شهرية لأصحاب المصلحة ومجلس إدارة كانو فينشرز، وتقديم البيانات لتقارير خط أنابيب YBAK وغيرها من الأنشطة حسب الطلب.
• إعداد تقارير أداء المحفظة: العمل مع KV Finance وإدارة محفظة KV لضمان التتبع الدقيق وفي الوقت المناسب لتقارير المحفظة (المعلومات المالية وغير المالية).
• إعداد التقارير عن أنشطة فريق كانو فينشرز: إعداد التقارير الشهرية عن أنشطة فريق كانو فينشرز بما في ذلك أنشطة المملكة العربية السعودية وغيرها، حسب متطلبات أصحاب المصلحة في كانو فينشرز والرئيس التنفيذي لكانو فينشرز، ودعم تطوير تقارير مجلس الإدارة.
• تنفيذ الأنظمة: دعم تنفيذ الأدوات والأنظمة الجديدة بشكل استباقي في جميع أنحاء كانو فينتشرز.
• دعم وظيفة التمويل: تقديم الدعم لفريق التمويل للأنشطة المعاملاتية.
• - الاستعداد للقيام برحلات عمل بين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة والبحرين والمملكة العربية السعودية حسب الحاجة.

الموقع: البحرين

المؤهلات والخبرات:

• - خبرة من 1 إلى 3 سنوات في مجال التمويل أو الاستثمارات أو الاستشارات أو الخدمات المصرفية.
• - درجة البكالوريوس في مجال ذي صلة (التمويل والمصارف، المحاسبة، أو ما يعادلها).
• مهارات قوية في تحليل البيانات مع مستوى عال من الكفاءة في استخدام MS Excel و PowerPoint وأدوات إعداد التقارير الأخرى مثل Power BI وغيرها.
• اهتمام قوي بالتكنولوجيا والأدوات الجديدة مع التعرف على أحدث التطورات في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي والاستعداد لاختبار طرق عمل جديدة.
• خبرة في أي من قطاعات الرعاية الصحية والطاقة والتصنيع والصناعات.
