Key Responsibilities

Analyze and improve business processes related to sales operations, CRM, and order handling.

Support daily operations and strategic initiatives involving Salesforce and other CRM platforms.

Work closely with teams using ERP systems to ensure seamless integration of sales and order management workflows.

Collaborate with channel partners and internal stakeholders, providing multilingual support in English, French, and Arabic.

Develop and maintain automated reports and interactive dashboards using Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and BI tools.

Provide insights through business and data analysis to support performance optimization and strategic planning.

Create process documentation, user guides, and training materials for both CRM and ERP and Sales workflows.

Assist in ad hoc tasks and special projects assigned by reporting manager/s.

Accountant - Payroll & General Accounting

Key Responsibilities

Oversee monthly payroll costs accounting for YMA Group.

Perform monthly monitoring and accounting of employee-related deductions.

Prepare and issue monthly debit notes for management members and employees.

Manage the monthly salary process and payments for management members.

Administer the monthly salary processing and payments for YMA offices in Algeria, Morocco, and Congo.

Handle payroll processing for consultants, outsourced engineers in the UAE and YMA employees stationed outside Bahrain.

Manage employee loan processes, payments, and accounting for YMA Group.

Handle relocation allowance processes, payments, and accounting for YMA Group.

Oversee final settlement processes, payments, and accounting for YMA Group employees.

Perform finance accountability checks and clearances as part of the demobilization process for resigning employees.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across all payroll operations.

Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.

إدارة عملية الرواتب الشهرية والمدفوعات لأعضاء الإدارة.

إدارة معالجة الرواتب الشهرية والمدفوعات لمكاتب YMA في الجزائر والمغرب والكونغو.

معالجة رواتب الاستشاريين والمهندسين الخارجيين في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وموظفي YMA المتمركزين خارج البحرين.

إدارة عمليات قروض الموظفين والمدفوعات والمحاسبة لمجموعة YMA.

التعامل مع عمليات بدل الانتقال والمدفوعات والمحاسبة لمجموعة YMA.

الإشراف على عمليات التسوية النهائية والمدفوعات والمحاسبة لموظفي مجموعة YMA.

إجراء عمليات التحقق من المساءلة المالية والموافقة عليها كجزء من عملية تسريح الموظفين المستقيلين.

ضمان الامتثال لقوانين وأنظمة العمل المحلية في جميع عمليات الرواتب.

معالجة الاستفسارات المتعلقة بالرواتب وحل التناقضات على الفور.
