About the Role

Join our global team for a career filled with opportunities to solve challenges both small and large, local and global, simple and complex.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist vessel operators in handling port calls for cargo operations, husbandry, drydocking, offshore projects, and more.

• Manage pre-arrival documentation, vessel registration, and customs clearance.

• Coordinate crew changes, pilot/tug orders, and berthing schedules.

• Liaise with terminals and customers on cargo operations and vessel movements.

• Generate operational reports and statements for clients.

• Prepare estimated Disbursement Accounts (DAs).

• Conduct screening of customers and vessels.

• Ensure compliance with agency processes and maintain cost-effective operations.

• Handle ship spares clearance and third-party vendor coordination.

• Support business growth through customer visits and market intelligence reporting.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous experience in port operations or maritime services is a plus

• Fluency in English is essential

• دعم مشغلي السفن في التعامل مع زيارات الموانئ للعمليات المتعلقة بالبضائع، والخدمات، والتجفيف، والمشاريع البحرية وغيرها.

• إدارة الوثائق المطلوبة قبل الوصول، وتسجيل السفن، والتخليص الجمركي.

• تنسيق تغييرات الطاقم، وطلبات القاطرات والإرشاد، وجداول الرسو.

• التنسيق مع المحطات والعملاء بشأن عمليات الشحن وحركة السفن.

• إعداد التقارير التشغيلية والبيانات للعملاء.

• إعداد الحسابات التقديرية (DAs).

• إجراء فحص أولي للعملاء والسفن.

• ضمان الالتزام بالإجراءات المتبعة وتقديم عمليات ذات تكلفة فعالة.

• التعامل مع تخليص قطع غيار السفن والتنسيق مع الموردين الخارجيين.

• دعم نمو الأعمال من خلال زيارات العملاء وتقارير تحليل السوق.

الشروط

• مهارات تنظيم وتنسيق عالية

• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط ومعالجة مهام متعددة

• مهارات تواصل فعّالة

• يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في تشغيل الموانئ أو الخدمات البحرية

• إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية شرط أساسي
