About the Role
Stranger Soccer is looking for a License Owner to bring its innovative football experience to Bahrain! This unique role is perfect for someone who has a passion for football and business. As a License Owner, you will be responsible for launching and managing the Stranger Soccer brand, recruiting and leading a small team, and making football more accessible and enjoyable for everyone.Key Responsibilities
Business Operations

Bring Stranger Soccer’s brand to life in Bahrain

Recruit, train, and manage a small team (2-3 people) and freelance Official Hosts (game hosts)

Secure prime football venue slots for Stranger Soccer games

Implement digital and hands-on marketing strategies to engage customers
Customer Experience

Ensure a smooth game schedule, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business

Monitor and improve customer experience after each game

Receive operational and technology support from Singapore headquarters
