Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate into significant problems.
Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other essential facilities.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact.
Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations, demonstrating strong communication skills.
Troubleshoot complex mechanical failures using diagnostic tools and techniques to minimize downtime.
Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of equipment and improve efficiency.
Ensure proper inventory management of maintenance supplies, proactively ordering parts and materials as needed.
Train and mentor junior maintenance staff, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to enhance maintenance practices and operational efficiency.

التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى لتحديد جداول الصيانة دون تعطيل العمليات، مع إظهار مهارات الاتصال القوية.
استكشاف الأعطال الميكانيكية المعقدة باستخدام أدوات وتقنيات التشخيص لتقليل التوقف.
تنفيذ برامج الصيانة الوقائية لتمديد عمر المعدات وتحسين الكفاءة.
