Senior Commodity Trader – Oil & Gas

Key Responsibilities:

Execute and manage oil and gas commodity trades (physical and/or derivatives) in regional and international markets.

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, buyers, shipping companies, and counterparties.

Analyze global market trends, supply-demand dynamics, and geopolitical events to make informed trading decisions.

Manage and mitigate risk through hedging strategies, in coordination with the risk management team.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, trading policies, and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of trades.

Prepare regular trading reports, P&L statements, and market analysis for management.

Assist in business development efforts to expand the company’s trading footprint in new markets.

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of experience in oil and gas commodity trading (crude, refined products, LNG, etc.).

Proven success in physical and/or financial trading with established network of industry contacts.

Strong understanding of Middle Eastern and global energy markets.

Familiarity with trading tools, platforms (e.g., Platts, Argus, ICE, Bloomberg), and risk assessment techniques.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Energy, or related field (MBA preferred).

Security Officer

Description:

Looking for an experienced Security Officer in Bahrain with knowledge of monitoring work plans and site schedules. Must have 2+ years of experience, good communication skills, and be physically fit. Preference for candidates already in Bahrain with a valid visa.

تاجر سلع أول - النفط والغاز

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

تنفيذ وإدارة صفقات السلع النفطية والغازية (المادية و/أو المشتقات) في الأسواق الإقليمية والدولية.

تطوير العلاقات والحفاظ عليها مع الموردين والمشترين وشركات الشحن والأطراف المقابلة.

قم بتحليل اتجاهات السوق العالمية، وديناميكيات العرض والطلب، والأحداث الجيوسياسية لاتخاذ قرارات تداول مستنيرة.

إدارة المخاطر والتخفيف منها من خلال استراتيجيات التحوط، بالتنسيق مع فريق إدارة المخاطر.

ضمان الامتثال للضوابط الداخلية وسياسات التداول والمتطلبات التنظيمية.

التعاون مع فرق الخدمات اللوجستية والعمليات لضمان تنفيذ الصفقات في الوقت المناسب وبتكلفة فعالة.

إعداد تقارير التداول المنتظمة، وبيانات الربح والخسارة، وتحليل السوق للإدارة.

المساعدة في جهود تطوير الأعمال لتوسيع البصمة التجارية للشركة في أسواق جديدة.

متطلبات:

- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في تجارة السلع النفطية والغازية (النفط الخام والمنتجات المكررة والغاز الطبيعي المسال وما إلى ذلك).

حقق نجاحاً مؤكداً في التداول المادي و/أو المالي من خلال شبكة راسخة من جهات الاتصال في الصناعة.

فهم قوي لأسواق الطاقة في الشرق الأوسط والعالم.

- المعرفة بأدوات التداول والمنصات (على سبيل المثال، Platts، Argus، ICE، Bloomberg)، وتقنيات تقييم المخاطر.

مهارات ممتازة في التفاوض والتواصل والتحليل.

درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو المالية أو الطاقة أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل ماجستير إدارة الأعمال).
