المهام والمسؤوليات:

1. مراقبة معايير المخاطر وفقًا لإطار المخاطر المعتمد من قبل مجلس الإدارة.

2. تحديث الإجراءات المتعلقة بالمخاطر الائتمانية، الأصول المتعثرة، والاحتياطيات.

3. تقديم تقارير المخاطر بشكل دقيق وفي الوقت المحدد إلى الإدارة (مثل: تقارير التعرض للمخاطر، تقرير الأصول المعرضة للمخاطر، التقرير الأسبوعي للمخاطر الائتمانية)، والهيئات التنظيمية (مثل: تقرير الأطراف المرتبطة، تقرير مصرف البحرين المركزي، تقرير المعلومات الاحترازية (PIR)، أكبر البلدان، أكبر التعرضات، البلدان الخاضعة للعقوبات) وغيرها من الأطراف المعنية الداخلية والخارجية (مثل: الملاحظات المالية، العمود الثالث، الوكالات مثل الوكالات التصنيفية، UNEP FI)، وتقارير المخاطر لمجموعة بنك الكويت وفروعه (مثل: BSAP، IBSM، RRP، الكشف عن الحسابات المالية، التقرير التحليلي).

Academic Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance

Experience and Skills Required:

1. Monitor Risk Parameters as per Board-approved Risk Framework.

2. Update procedures related to Credit Risk, Impaired Assets, and Provisioning.

3. Timely and accurate submission of Risk MIS to Management (e.g.: Risk Exposure Reports, Criticized Asset Report, Weekly Credit Risk Report), Regulators (e.g.: Connected Counterparty Report, CBB report, Prudential Information Report (PIR), Largest Countries, Largest Exposure, Sanctioned Countries) & other internal and external stakeholders (e.g.: Financial notes, Pillar III) agencies (e.g.: Rating Agencies, UNEP FI) and Risk MIS to KFH Group (BSAP, IBSM, RRP, Financial Receivables Disclosure, Analytical Report etc.).

4. Maintenance and update of risk data in the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and IFRS 9 systems.
