About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Database Administrator for our Bahrain operations, ready to work in a dynamic environment and maintain critical systems with precision and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues under pressure with minimal data loss and service interruption

• Monitor, manage, and secure Oracle databases supporting mission-critical applications

Technical Environment

• Oracle RAC (Real Application Clusters)

• Oracle E-Business Suite

• Production and Disaster Recovery (DR) sites

• Multiple backup solutions in place

• Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) security

• Oracle Audit Vault implementation

• Windows-based applications hosted on Oracle DB

Requirements

• Proven experience with Oracle DBA responsibilities in a high-availability setup

• Strong troubleshooting and crisis-resolution skills

• Ability to operate independently in high-pressure situations
