About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to lead our day-to-day financial operations and support tax compliance across Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background and a proactive approach to maintaining accurate, timely, and compliant financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations according to internal policies and group guidelines

• Record and process all financial transactions with accuracy and timeliness

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll

• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports

• Handle VAT and CIT return submissions in compliance with Bahraini and Saudi tax laws

• Perform weekly cash flow forecasting and manage cash positions

• Support the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants

• Provide financial insights and data analysis to management

• Organize and maintain proper filing of financial records and documents

• Collaborate with finance and operational teams to support project reporting and forecasting

Requirements

• Proven experience in corporate accounting, preferably in the GCC

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and tax compliance in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia

• Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

التفاصيل

• إدارة العمليات المحاسبية اليومية بما يتوافق مع سياسات الشركة والمجموعة

• تسجيل جميع المعاملات المالية بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب

• تسوية ومتابعة حسابات دفتر الأستاذ العام، بما في ذلك الحسابات الدائنة، المدينة، والرواتب

• إعداد التقارير المالية الشهرية والفصلية والسنوية

• إعداد وتقديم الإقرارات الضريبية لضريبة القيمة المضافة وضريبة الدخل (للسعودية) وفقًا للأنظمة المعتمدة

• إعداد توقعات التدفق النقدي الأسبوعية وإدارة السيولة

• دعم عمليات التدقيق الخارجي والتواصل مع المدققين والمستشارين الضريبيين

• تحليل البيانات المالية وتقديم رؤى للإدارة لاتخاذ قرارات مستنيرة

• حفظ الملفات والسجلات المالية بشكل منظم ودقيق

• التعاون مع فريق المالية والأقسام التشغيلية لدعم تقارير المشاريع والتخطيط المالي

الشروط

• خبرة مثبتة في المحاسبة المؤسسية، ويفضل ضمن دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي

• معرفة دقيقة بالأنظمة المالية والضريبية في البحرين والسعودية

• إلمام باستخدام أنظمة ERP وإجادة متقدمة لبرنامج Excel

• دقة عالية ومهارات تنظيم ممتازة

• القدرة على العمل باستقلالية والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية
