About the Role

Otis is expanding and seeking a skilled Service Examiner to join our maintenance team in Sitra, Bahrain. You will be responsible for servicing and maintaining elevators and escalators to the highest standards, ensuring safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform 100% of scheduled maintenance and service visits on assigned elevators and escalators

• Manage a specific geographical portfolio of units

• Respond quickly to breakdowns and carry out efficient, first-time fixes

• Execute minor repairs and modernization work as required

• Communicate effectively with clients on-site to maintain strong relationships

• Collaborate with technical teams while working independently in the field

Requirements

• ITI or Engineering Diploma in a relevant field

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in the elevator industry

• Strong skills in electricity and electrical engineering

• A safety-first mindset and professional commitment

• Good interpersonal and communication abilities

• Comfortable working alone or as part of a team

• Proficient in using electronic and digital tools

التفاصيل

• تنفيذ 100% من زيارات الصيانة والخدمة المجدولة للمصاعد والسلالم المتحركة ضمن نطاقك

• إدارة محفظة وحدات محددة جغرافيًا

• الاستجابة السريعة للأعطال والعمل على إصلاحها بكفاءة من المرة الأولى

• تنفيذ أعمال الإصلاحات البسيطة وأعمال التحديث حسب الحاجة

• التواصل الفعال مع العملاء أثناء التواجد في الموقع وبناء علاقات عمل قوية

• العمل ضمن الفريق التقني أو بشكل مستقل في الميدان

الشروط

• حاصل على شهادة ITI أو دبلوم هندسي في تخصص ذي صلة

• خبرة عملية من 3 إلى 6 سنوات في قطاع المصاعد

• مهارات قوية في الكهرباء والهندسة الكهربائية

• التزام مهني عالي وتركيز على السلامة

• مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة على التعامل مع العملاء

• القدرة على العمل بشكل فردي أو ضمن فريق

• إلمام باستخدام الأدوات الإلكترونية والرقمية
