Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within your specialty section.
Assist the executive chef and sous chef in defining menu concepts and developing dishes.
Support health and safety management practices in the kitchen.
Monitor supplies and assist with recipe costing and inventory control.
Operate and maintain all department equipment and report any malfunctions promptly.
Qualifications
