About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Planning Engineer with a B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a site supervisor and an additional 5 years of experience as a planning engineer. This position is a full-time opportunity, and the successful candidate will be fully committed to project execution and planning.

• Salary: BD900.000 - BD1,400.000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and execution of projects.

• Ensure the development of effective project plans.

• Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure smooth execution.

• Monitor and control project timelines, resources, and deliverables.

• Perform progress tracking, reporting, and adjustments where necessary.

Conditions

• B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering required.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a site supervisor.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a planning engineer with complete project commitment.

• التعاون مع مديري المشاريع والفرق لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.

• متابعة وتحكم في جداول المشاريع والموارد والمخرجات.

• إجراء تتبع التقدم وإعداد التقارير وإجراء التعديلات إذا لزم الأمر.

الشروط

• شهادة بكاليريوس في الهندسة المدنية.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كمشرف موقع.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كمهندس تخطيط مع التزام كامل بالمشاريع.
