المسمى الوظيفي: صراف/صرافة مطبخ/مطعم
الدور يشمل التعامل مع المدفوعات، خدمة العملاء، ودعم بسيط في المطبخ.
المسؤوليات
استقبال العملاء بحرارة وأخذ الطلبات بكفاءة.
التعامل بدقة مع النقد والبطاقات والدفع عبر الجوال.
الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم منطقة الكاونتر الأمامي.
المساعدة في مهام المطبخ الخفيفة عند الحاجة.
الشروط
مهارات ممتازة في خدمة العملاء.
يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في الصرافة أو خدمة العملاء.
معرفة بأنظمة نقاط البيع (POS).
مهارات حسابية أساسية واهتمام بالتفاصيل.
مهارات تواصل وعمل ضمن فريق جيدة.
الالتزام بالمواعيد والموثوقية وروح إيجابية.
