Key Responsibilities

• Network and System Security: Ensure the security and privacy of networks and computer systems by implementing security measures and managing user authorization, firewalls, and security certificates.

• Technical Support: Provide technical support to company staff, troubleshooting network and computer problems promptly and effectively.

• Diagnostic Testing and Maintenance: Perform diagnostic tests to assess system functionality and implement necessary maintenance procedures.

• System Monitoring: Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring efficiency and security compliance.

• Software and Hardware Management: Install and update company software and hardware as required to ensure optimal performance.

• Cost Management: Anticipate the need for replacements or updates and report the costs of computer items accordingly.

IT Specialist Skills and Qualifications

• Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software, and programming.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

• Keen attention to detail and effective time management skills.

• أمن الشبكات والأنظمة: ضمان أمان وخصوصية الشبكات والأنظمة عبر تنفيذ تدابير أمنية وإدارة صلاحيات المستخدمين وجدران الحماية والشهادات الأمنية.

• الدعم الفني: تقديم الدعم الفني للموظفين وحل مشكلات الشبكات والكمبيوتر بشكل سريع وفعال.

• اختبار تشخيصي وصيانة: إجراء اختبارات تشخيصية لتقييم كفاءة النظام وتنفيذ الإجراءات اللازمة للصيانة.

• مراقبة النظام: مراقبة أداء النظام وصيانته لضمان الكفاءة والامتثال للمعايير الأمنية.

• إدارة البرمجيات والأجهزة: تثبيت وتحديث البرمجيات والأجهزة حسب الحاجة لضمان الأداء الأمثل.

• إدارة التكاليف: التنبؤ بالحاجة إلى استبدال أو تحديث أجهزة الكمبيوتر وتقديم تقرير بالتكاليف ذات الصلة.
