🚧 We Are Hiring – Civil Engineer (Site) – 2 Vacancies

📍 Location: Kingdom of Bahrain

We are looking for experienced and dedicated Civil Engineers to join our site operations team for ongoing and upcoming projects.

🔹 Job Title:

Civil Engineer – Site (2 Positions)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision and execution of on-site construction activities

• Preparation and verification of quantity take-offs and BOQs

• Project coordination and progress tracking

• Ensure site safety and compliance with engineering standards

• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and site workers

• Report preparation and documentation for project milestones

🔹 Requirements:

• Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or 3-year Diploma in a related field

• Experience: Minimum 8 years in site execution and project management

• Key Skills:

  • Quantity surveying

  • Site supervision and workforce management

  • Project scheduling and coordination

  • AutoCAD and MS Project proficiency

  • Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety standards

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

🔹 Benefits:

📍 الموقع: مملكة البحرين

نحن نبحث عن مهندسين مدنيين ذوي خبرة ومتفانين للانضمام إلى فريق عمليات الموقع للمشاريع الحالية والمستقبلية.

🔹 الوظيفة:

مهندس مدني - في الموقع (شاغرين)

🔹 المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• الإشراف وتنفيذ الأنشطة الإنشائية في الموقع.

• إعداد والتحقق من حساب الكميات و BOQs.

• تنسيق المشروع وتتبع التقدم.

• ضمان السلامة في الموقع والامتثال للمعايير الهندسية.

• التنسيق مع المقاولين من الباطن، والاستشاريين، والعمال في الموقع.

• إعداد التقارير والوثائق للمعالم الرئيسية للمشروع.

🔹 المتطلبات:

• المؤهل: بكاليريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو دبلوم لمدة 3 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.

• الخبرة: لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في التنفيذ في الموقع وإدارة المشاريع.

• المهارات الرئيسية:

  • مسح الكميات.

  • الإشراف على الموقع وإدارة القوى العاملة.

  • جدولة المشروع والتنسيق.

  • إتقان AutoCAD و MS Project.

  • معرفة إجراءات التحكم في الجودة ومعايير السلامة.

  • مهارات القيادة والتواصل قوية.

🔹 المزايا:
