The Head of Engineering focuses on backend excellence, implementing advanced engineered solutions and acting as the principal technical authority on all backend engineering matters.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the backend engineering team, setting technical direction.

• Define and implement backend architecture and best practices.

• Drive adoption of modern technologies such as Node.js, MongoDB, Redis, and AI.

• Establish standards for scalability, performance, and reliability.

• Review and approve critical backend design decisions.

• Mentor and develop backend engineering talent.

• Collaborate with other technical leaders to ensure seamless integration.

• Research and evaluate new backend technologies and approaches.
