Outdoor Salesman Job In Bahrain

Description

Job Brief:

As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of our telecom products and services to businesses and individuals. This role involves direct engagement with potential clients outside of a traditional office setting, building relationships, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. You will be a key contributor to our sales team, working to achieve and exceed sales targets while expanding our customer base.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the telecom industry or a related field.

• Transferable visa (Work permit)

• Strong understanding of telecom products and services.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Valid Bahrain driving license and access to a reliable vehicle

• Fluency in English, Hindi, Urdu, Bangladesh.

Salary: 300 BD (All Inclusive)

الوصف الوظيفي:

بصفتك ممثل مبيعات خارجي، ستكون مسؤولاً عن تعزيز مبيعات منتجات وخدمات الاتصالات للعملاء من الأفراد والشركات. يشمل هذا الدور التفاعل المباشر مع العملاء المحتملين خارج إطار المكتب التقليدي، وبناء علاقات، وفهم احتياجات العملاء، وتقديم حلول مخصصة. ستكون جزءًا أساسياً من فريق المبيعات لدينا، وستعمل على تحقيق وتجاوز الأهداف البيعية وتوسيع قاعدة عملائنا.

المتطلبات:

• خبرة مثبتة في المبيعات الخارجية ويفضل أن تكون في مجال الاتصالات أو مجال ذي صلة

• تأشيرة قابلة للنقل (تصريح عمل)

• فهم قوي لمنتجات وخدمات الاتصالات

• مهارات تواصل وعرض وتقديم ممتازة

• القدرة على بناء علاقات وثقة مع العملاء

• مهارات تفاوض وإغلاق قوية

• دافع ذاتي وموجه نحو الأهداف والنتائج

• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة الوقت بفعالية

• رخصة قيادة بحرينية سارية ومركبة موثوقة

• الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية والهندية والأردو والبنغالية

الراتب: ٣٠٠ دينار بحريني شامل كل البدلات
