Location: Remote (US Time Zone)
Experience Required: 5+ years accounting, including 3+ years in accounts receivable/payable and bookkeeping

▪ Customer invoicing (Accounts Receivable)
▪ Vendor payments (Accounts Payable)
▪ Bookkeeping and financial record management

Required Skills & Qualifications
▪ 5+ years full-time accounting experience
▪ 3+ years in accounts receivable and payable
▪ 3+ years bookkeeping experience
▪ Experience working in staffing/staff augmentation agencies (1+ year)
▪ Upper-intermediate to fluent English (spoken and written)
▪ Ability to work US time zone hours
▪ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
▪ Proactive communication and ownership mindset
▪ Passion for automating manual processes with technology

Preferred

▪ Administrative experience
▪ QuickBooks familiarity
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent

▪ إصدار فواتير العملاء (حسابات القبض)
▪ دفع الموردين (حسابات الدفع)
▪ مسك الدفاتر وإدارة السجلات المالية

المهارات والمؤهلات المطلوبة

▪ خبرة عملية كاملة في المحاسبة لمدة 5 سنوات على الأقل
▪ 3 سنوات في حسابات القبض والدفع
▪ 3 سنوات في مسك الدفاتر
▪ خبرة في العمل بوكالات التوظيف أو تعزيز الموارد لمدة سنة على الأقل
▪ إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة (مستوى متوسط إلى متقدم)
▪ القدرة على العمل وفق توقيت الولايات المتحدة
▪ اهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل وتنظيم عالي
▪ مهارات تواصل استباقية وتحمل المسؤولية
▪ شغف بأتمتة العمليات اليدوية باستخدام الأدوات التكنولوجية
