Position Summary
This role is responsible for handling reception area activities. The individual serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring that all internal and external inquiries are addressed efficiently and courteously. This position also involves carrying out various administrative tasks for the front office.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Financial:

Adhere to the allocated budget for the administrative function of the office.
Customer Service:

Greet visitors and ensure they are properly attended to.

Arrange relevant passes for visitors and ensure they are dealt with promptly, courteously, and accurately.

Make visitors comfortable, ensure they are met on time by their host, and assist with parking arrangements if needed.
Internal Process:
