Accountant

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in Bahrain or Saudi Arabia

Familiarity with GCC tax laws, especially VAT compliance

Additional certification (e.g., CA Inter, CMA Inter) is a plus

Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs) and accounting software software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Zoho, Odoo)

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines

Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team

Must be currently based in Bahrain

BIM Modeller cum Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Develop accurate and detailed 3D BIM models using Revit (Architecture, Structure, and MEP as applicable).

Coordinate multidisciplinary models (Architectural, Structural, and MEP) and resolve clashes using Navisworks or similar tools.

Participate in BIM coordination meetings and lead clash detection and resolution sessions.

Prepare, update, and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle (Design, Construction, As-Built).

Extract and prepare 2D drawings, construction details, schedules, and other deliverables from BIM models.

Follow project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and maintain model integrity and compliance.

Communicate and collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to facilitate efficient model integration and information flow.

Assist in setting up new projects in BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or similar CDE (Common Data Environment).

Identify issues proactively and suggest solutions to improve BIM workflows and quality control.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and software updates.

Finance & Accounting Manager

Preferred skills:

· Proven expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning

· Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills

· In-depth understanding of tax regulations and compliance

· High attention to detail and accuracy

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة

- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال المحاسبة، ويفضل أن تكون في البحرين أو المملكة العربية السعودية

المعرفة بقوانين الضرائب في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، وخاصة الامتثال لضريبة القيمة المضافة

تعتبر الشهادة الإضافية (على سبيل المثال، CA Inter، CMA Inter) ميزة إضافية

معرفة قوية بمبادئ المحاسبة (GAAP أو IFRS)

منسق ومصمم نماذج BIM

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

تطوير نماذج BIM ثلاثية الأبعاد دقيقة ومفصلة باستخدام برنامج Revit (الهندسة المعمارية والهيكل والميكانيكا الكهربائية والميكانيكية حسب الاقتضاء).

تنسيق النماذج متعددة التخصصات (المعمارية والبنيوية والميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة) وحل التعارضات باستخدام Navisworks أو أدوات مماثلة.

المشاركة في اجتماعات تنسيق BIM وقيادة جلسات اكتشاف التعارضات وحلها.

إعداد وتحديث وصيانة نماذج BIM طوال دورة حياة المشروع (التصميم والبناء وكما هو مبني).

استخراج وإعداد الرسومات ثنائية الأبعاد وتفاصيل البناء والجداول الزمنية وغيرها من النتائج المتوقعة من نماذج BIM.

اتبع خطط تنفيذ BIM الخاصة بالمشروع (BEP) والحفاظ على سلامة النموذج والامتثال له.

التواصل والتعاون مع الفرق الداخلية والمستشارين والمقاولين لتسهيل تكامل النموذج وتدفق المعلومات بكفاءة.

المساعدة في إعداد مشاريع جديدة في BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) أو CDE (بيئة البيانات المشتركة) المماثلة.

تحديد المشكلات بشكل استباقي واقتراح حلول لتحسين سير عمل BIM ومراقبة الجودة.

كن على اطلاع بأحدث اتجاهات الصناعة والتقنيات الناشئة وتحديثات البرامج.
