Document Controller / Administrator

What You'll Be Doing

Reconciles various office accounts; pays operating bills or submits appropriate documentation to the corporate office for payment. Follows up as needed to ensure timeliness and avoidance of late payments.

Prepares financial reports as requested by management.

Keeps current on all project and Company policies and procedures, interpreting and administering same.

May represent the office by attendance at meetings with the client or others. Keeps manager informed of all pertinent action/pending action.

Administers the operating budget for the project office. Gives input for initial figures; investigates, resolves, and reports all variances to the Project/Operations Manager.

Purchases and maintains an appropriate inventory of frequently used office supplies.

Originates correspondence and reports not requiring the personal attention of Project/Operations Manager.

Reviews time reports to verify accuracy of hours worked and Job#/WBS charges. Follows up to ensure timely processing of corrections. Tracks paid-time-off hours charged and maintains schedule of future hours to be taken.

Roads Engineer

What You'll Be Doing

Report to the Resident Engineer and assist in supervising the construction of road works. 

Coordinate his direct activities with the other engineers and members of the construction supervision team. 

Assist the Resident Engineer in reviewing of shop drawings, design proposals, method statements and other activities including correspondence related to the road works.

Coordinate with Parsons' design engineers for resolution of related issues.

Maintain the daily diary and the daily reports by the inspectors. 

Coordinate with the contractor engineers on scheduling and application of resources. 

Direct, assist and monitor the performance of the inspectors and surveyors as applicable 

Ensure accuracy and completeness of records. 

Ensure safety goals are achieved on the project and oversee implementation of safety procedures on the project. 

Prepare / Assist in the preparation of Weekly and Monthly progress reports. 

Act positively and participate in all health and safety issues at site, as required by the Resident Engineer and the project safety representatives. 

Senior Utility Design Engineer

What You'll Be Doing

Reporting to the Project Director, the Senior Utility Engineer will have responsibility for the review of requirements associated with PMC role to provide design reviews

Work in close coordination with the Lead Designer and/or Design Director and others, lead and direct the efficient, professional analysis, synthesis, and recommendation of conceptual design alternatives to establish, communicate and sell the design vision for landscape architectural design projects.

Supervise the preparation, design and presentation of high-quality urban design concept drawings and reports.

Supervise the preparation of technical design packages through to tender and monitor construction quality.

Shall have basic experience in creating utility cross sections as per requirements of local authorities in Bahrain and Gulf region and, etc.

Liaise with Project Managers, Discipline Leads, internal and external team members including master planners, architects, urban designers, specialist designers, all engineering disciplines and quantity surveyors.

Plan, program and delegate within the team structure and participate in workflow reporting and planning.

ماذا ستفعل

يُطابق حسابات المكتب المختلفة، ويدفع فواتير التشغيل أو يُقدّم المستندات اللازمة إلى المكتب الرئيسي للدفع. ويتابع حسب الحاجة لضمان الالتزام بالمواعيد وتجنب التأخر في الدفع.

إعداد التقارير المالية حسب طلب الإدارة.

يتابع كافة سياسات وإجراءات المشروع والشركة، ويقوم بتفسيرها وإدارتها.

يجوز له تمثيل المكتب بحضور الاجتماعات مع العميل أو غيره. ويُطلع المدير على جميع الإجراءات ذات الصلة/المعلقة.

يُدير ميزانية تشغيل مكتب المشروع. يُقدّم مُدخلات للأرقام الأولية؛ ويُحقّق في جميع الفروقات ويُحلّها ويُبلغ بها إلى مدير المشروع/العمليات.

يقوم بشراء وصيانة مخزون مناسب من اللوازم المكتبية المستخدمة بشكل متكرر.

إعداد المراسلات والتقارير التي لا تتطلب الاهتمام الشخصي من مدير المشروع/العمليات.

مراجعة تقارير العمل للتحقق من دقة ساعات العمل ورسوم رقم الوظيفة/هيكل تقسيم العمل. متابعة العمل لضمان معالجة التصحيحات في الوقت المناسب. تتبع ساعات الإجازات المدفوعة المدفوعة، والحفاظ على جدول الساعات المستقبلية.

التنسيق مع مهندسي التصميم في شركة بارسونز لحل القضايا ذات الصلة.

حفظ السجل اليومي والتقارير اليومية من قبل المفتشين.

مهندس تصميم المرافق الرئيسي

تحت إشراف مدير المشروع، سيكون مهندس المرافق الرئيسي مسؤولاً عن مراجعة المتطلبات المرتبطة بدور PMC لتوفير مراجعات التصميم

العمل بالتنسيق الوثيق مع المصمم الرئيسي و/أو مدير التصميم وغيرهم، وقيادة وتوجيه التحليل والتركيب والتوصية بالبدائل التصميمية المفاهيمية بكفاءة واحترافية لإنشاء وتوصيل وبيع رؤية التصميم لمشاريع تصميم الهندسة المعمارية للمناظر الطبيعية.

الإشراف على إعداد وتصميم وتقديم الرسومات والتقارير المفاهيمية عالية الجودة للتصميم الحضري.

الإشراف على إعداد حزم التصميم الفني حتى طرح العطاءات ومراقبة جودة البناء.

يجب أن يكون لديه خبرة أساسية في إنشاء مقاطع المرافق وفقًا لمتطلبات السلطات المحلية في البحرين ومنطقة الخليج وما إلى ذلك.

التواصل مع مديري المشاريع، وقادة التخصصات، وأعضاء الفريق الداخليين والخارجيين بما في ذلك المخططين الرئيسيين، والمهندسين المعماريين، ومصممي المدن، والمصممين المتخصصين، وجميع التخصصات الهندسية ومساحي الكميات.
