Your Expertise Can Make a Difference

We are looking for an experienced Accountant who can handle the following responsibilities professionally:

Responsibilities:

• Handle monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings

• Prepare and process daily vendor/supplier payments with proper documentation

• Oversee petty cash transactions and maintain accurate records

• Prepare invoices, receipts, and LPOs for clients and suppliers

• Maintain financial data confidentiality, perform database backups, and follow financial regulations

• Produce accurate accounting reports and analyze financial status

• Track all bank and credit card transactions for accuracy

• Communicate effectively with clients on financial matters

• Prepare entries for asset, liability, and capital accounts

• Document transactions and ensure audit compliance

• Manage drivers' and riders' salaries, including cash salary payments

• Handle COD (cash on delivery) reconciliation, cash deposits, and withdrawals

• Manage VAT return procedures in line with regulations

• Register all receivables/payables in Zoho accounting system

• Maintain fixed asset records and manage prepayments

• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Tax, Accounting, or Finance

• 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance

• Proficient in Arabic and English

• Experience using Zoho system is a plus

• Locally available in Bahrain with transferable visa (preferred)

• Bahraini candidates will be given preference

Salary: BD 500 – BD 600 per month

نبحث عن محاسب محترف يمكنه إدارة المهام التالية بكفاءة عالية:

المهام الوظيفية:

• إدارة الإقفال المالي الشهري والفصلي والسنوي بدقة

• تجهيز ومعالجة مدفوعات الموردين بشكل يومي مع حفظ الوثائق المطلوبة

• متابعة حركة الصندوق (petty cash) وتسجيل العمليات بدقة

• إعداد الفواتير والإيصالات وأوامر الشراء للعملاء والموردين

• الحفاظ على سرية البيانات المالية والالتزام باللوائح

• إعداد تقارير محاسبية دقيقة وتحليل الوضع المالي

• تتبع جميع العمليات البنكية وبطاقات الائتمان لضمان الدقة

• التواصل مع العملاء بخصوص المسائل المالية

• تسجيل القيود المحاسبية للأصول والخصوم ورأس المال

• توثيق المعاملات المالية والتأكد من مطابقتها للتدقيق

• إدارة رواتب السائقين والمندوبين بما في ذلك المدفوعات النقدية

• استلام وتصفية المدفوعات النقدية من المندوبين وإيداع الأموال في البنك

• إدارة إجراءات ضريبة القيمة المضافة بما يتوافق مع الأنظمة

• تسجيل جميع المعاملات (المدفوعات والمستحقات) في نظام Zoho

• الحفاظ على سجلات الأصول الثابتة وإدارة المدفوعات المقدمة

• أداء المهام الأخرى حسب تعليمات الإدارة

المتطلبات:

• شهادة بكالوريوس أو ماجستير في المحاسبة أو المالية أو الضرائب

• خبرة من سنتين إلى 5 سنوات في المحاسبة أو المالية

• إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية

• الأفضلية لمن لديهم خبرة في استخدام نظام Zoho

• الأفضلية للمقيمين في البحرين بتأشيرة قابلة للتحويل

• الأفضلية للمواطنين البحرينيين

Shape the Future of Fleet Performance & Rider Management

Ground Operations Coordinator – Food Transportation Team
Location: Bahrain | Full-time | Salary: BD 250 – BD 300 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure drivers comply with regulations and operational standards.

• Monitor key financial metrics: rider payments and pending dues.

• Manage and assist rider vacations.

• Collaborate with Fleet Performance Coordinator to improve Fill Rate & fleet efficiency.

• Track daily performance: SLAs, Revenue per Delivery Unit (RDU), Churn Rate, Fill Rate.

• Facilitate effective communication across teams and departments.

• Monitor driver compliance with all protocols.

• Conduct root cause analysis to resolve operational issues.

• Implement driver training programs and maintain training documentation.

• Manage COD reports and minimize outstanding dues.

• Prepare performance reports and operational presentations.

• Ensure client instructions and updates are implemented correctly.

• Track and validate team performance and service quality.

Languages Required:
English, Bangla, Hindi/Urdu, and Arabic (essential)

Salary Range: BD 250.000 – BD 300.000 monthly

• تسهيل التواصل الفعال بين الفرق والأقسام.

• مراقبة التزام السائقين بكل البروتوكولات.

• إجراء تحليل الأسباب الجذرية لحل التحديات التشغيلية.

• تنفيذ برامج تدريب للسائقين والحفاظ على سجلات التدريب.

• إدارة تقارير الدفع عند الاستلام وتقليل الديون المستحقة.

• إعداد تقارير الأداء والعروض التشغيلية.

• تطبيق تعليمات العملاء وتحديثاتهم بدقة.

• متابعة والتحقق من أداء الفريق وجودة الخدمة.
