 Skilled Mechanical Technician Wanted – Solar Mars 100 Specialist

Summary

Support operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing/servicing, and optimizing all facilities' rotating and static equipment in a safe and efficient manner, according to HSE standards and project requirements.

Principal Responsibilities and Duties

• Operate and maintain Solar Mars 100 gas compression packages and supporting equipment

• Perform preventive, corrective, and operational maintenance to enhance uptime and reliability

• Troubleshoot gas turbines, engines, compressors

• Conduct maintenance on natural gas engines, turbines, compressors, and pumps

• Enter and manage maintenance data in CMMS/SAP systems

• Collaborate with Mechanical Supervisor to improve procedures and programs

• Follow project-specific procedures and guidelines

• Support plant operations and equipment troubleshooting

• Maintain facility cleanliness and order

• Fulfill other duties as assigned by Manager

• Adhere to all Enerflex policies and HSE/HR/Quality standards

Qualifications

• Technical/Engineering degree in a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role

• Strong background in maintenance of Solar Mars 100 turbines, compressors, and processing equipment

• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus

• Ability to work under pressure and in teams

Physical Requirements

• Willingness to work at remote sites under hot and humid conditions

• Long shifts and on-call availability after hours

المسؤوليات والمهام الأساسية

• تشغيل وصيانة حزم ضغط الغاز من نوع Solar Mars 100 والمعدات الداعمة

• تنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية لتعزيز الكفاءة والتشغيل المستمر

• تشخيص أعطال التوربينات ومحركات الغاز والضواغط

• صيانة المحركات والتوربينات والضواغط والمضخات

المؤهلات

• شهادة فنية أو هندسية في تخصص ذي صلة

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في بيئة مماثلة

• خبرة قوية في صيانة توربينات Solar Mars 100، والضواغط، ومعدات المعالجة

• إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثًا (يفضل إتقان العربية أيضًا)

• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط ومع فرق العمل

Join Enerflex: Plant Operations Role with Global Energy Leader

Job Summary:
Assist in the safe and efficient operation of a production plant. You'll perform routine tasks under supervision while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Work collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth and trouble-free plant operations.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor plant equipment in compliance with safety standards

• Record field data and report abnormalities to Control Room Operator or Supervisor

• Assist in system start-ups, shutdowns, and pressure operations

• Monitor key indicators (pressure, temperature, delta pressure, levels)

• Support equipment isolation, draining, and decontamination for maintenance

• Follow instructions for operational stability and production efficiency

• Adhere to QHSE procedures: LOTO, PTW, TBT, JHA

• Participate in procedural training and provide basic feedback

• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly operational checks

• Ensure clean and safe work areas

• Participate in Emergency Response Team (ERT) responsibilities

• Safely handle chemicals and collect samples

• Maintain shift handover logs and report safety concerns

Requirements:

• Technical diploma in Industrial Processes, Chemical, Petroleum, or similar

• 0–2 years of experience in Oil & Gas operations

• Knowledge of PFDs, P&IDs, Cause & Effect, Fire & Gas systems

• Familiar with maintenance systems and standard documentation

• Computer skills essential (Microsoft Office)

• Strong English communication; Arabic is a plus

• Motivated team player with willingness to learn

Working Conditions:

• Remote site with hot, humid weather and vibration exposure

• Long shifts and rotational schedules

• On-call availability required

• الالتزام بإجراءات الجودة والسلامة (LOTO، PTW، TBT، JHA)

• المشاركة في الدورات التدريبية واقتراح تحسينات

• تنفيذ الفحوصات اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية تحت الإشراف

• الحفاظ على نظافة منطقة العمل

• المشاركة في فريق الاستجابة للطوارئ (ERT)

• التعامل الآمن مع المواد الكيميائية وجمع العينات

• ضمان تسليم المعلومات الدقيقة للفريق التالي

• الإبلاغ عن أي ظروف غير آمنة

المتطلبات:

• دبلوم فني في العمليات الصناعية أو الكيميائية أو البترول أو ما يعادلها

• خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنوات في مجال النفط والغاز

• معرفة بمخططات العمليات والرسومات الهندسية وأنظمة الكشف عن الحرائق والغاز

• فهم أساسي لأنظمة إدارة الصيانة (الوقائية والتصحيحية والتنبؤية)

• إجادة استخدام الحاسوب (Microsoft Office)

• مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية – ويفضل من يجيد العربية

• شخص متعاون، لديه رغبة في التعلم ويعمل بروح الفريق
