Job Responsibilities

 

Collaborate with management to develop and implement an effective communications strategy based on our target audience

Handle Day-to-Day internal announcements including but not limited to (Obituary, Promotions’.)

Translate and proofread all communication requests from other business units. 

Create, edit, translate and proofread internal and external content across a wide variety of media including advertising, emails, social media, editorial and digital content by ensuring that it contributes to the overall growth, engagement, positive sentiment and traffic across all channels that are linked to other Napco National divisions.

Handle and develop Napco in focus internal magazine including monthly newsletter creation.

Handle all divisional digital channels (websites and news networks) including but not limited to Napco’s Family Store

Handle the communications related to Napco’s intranet and Napco National Mobile App.

Establish and maintain effective relationships with PR agencies, journalists, as well as handle and develop press releases to the public. 

Stay on top of new and competitive research of new trends linked to communications and writing styles.
