• Drive employee learning programs aligned with business goals

• Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and measure outcomes

Prerequisites:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field

• Professional certifications such as CIPD or ATD are preferred

• Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in Training & Development, preferably in the construction or industrial sector

المنصب: رئيس قسم التدريب والتطوير

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• قيادة التخطيط الاستراتيجي وتصميم وتنفيذ جميع مبادرات التدريب والتطوير في جميع أنحاء شركة NASS

• قيادة برامج تعليم الموظفين بما يتماشى مع أهداف العمل

• التعاون مع رؤساء الأقسام لتقييم احتياجات التدريب وقياس النتائج

المتطلبات الأساسية:

• درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية أو التعليم أو التطوير التنظيمي أو مجال ذي صلة

• يفضل الحصول على شهادات مهنية مثل CIPD أو ATD

• خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في التدريب والتطوير، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاع البناء أو الصناعة
