Job Responsibilities

Cleans cuts, and prepares all fruits, vegetables, herbs, and salad items.

Cook foods such as bacon, potatoes, eggs, vegetables, fruits, and pasta.

Prepares dishes such as sandwiches, salads & vegetables.

Serves food according to correct taste, temperature, and visual appeal.

Maintains the area in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.

Maintains food safety temperature logs with direction from the Lead Cook and Sous Chef.

Reads and refers to cooking reference material.

Completes assigned tasks as quickly as is safely practical.

Follows the resort policies and procedures and adheres to the grooming policies

Other duties as required.

Sales Lady

Job responsibilities:

Greet customers at the store and provide them with information on their required products.

Lead customers to desired shelves or aisles and assist them in locating products.

Explain product features and benefits by performing demonstrations and answering any questions that customers may have.

Provide information regarding prices and after-sales services and ways in which the latter can be obtained.

Suggest additional products in a bid to meet the company and self-sales targets.

Assist customers in making decisions regarding suitable purchases based on their specific likes.

Lead customers through the payment process by assisting cashiers with discount information and markdowns.

Sales Lady

Job responsibilities:

Greet customers at the store and provide them with information on their required products.

Lead customers to desired shelves or aisles and assist them in locating products.

Ability to interview job candidates.

Aptitude in overseeing employee benefits.

Ability to develop and carry out manager and employee training programs.

Capacity to analyze and work with important HR performance measures, such as employee headcount and retention rates.

Sous chef - for (Brunch & Cake)

Responsibilities:

Collaborates with the head chef to direct food preparation.

Produces high-quality plates, considering both design and taste.

Oversees and supervises the kitchen staff.

Assists with menu planning, inventory, and supply management.

Keeps stations clean and complies with food safety standards.

Monitors and maintains kitchen equipment.

Offers suggestions and creative ideas that can improve upon the kitchen’s performance.
