🔹 Role Overview:
As a Public Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that enhance the organization’s image and reputation. You will be the bridge between the company and external stakeholders, working to ensure clear, consistent, and positive messaging across all channels.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive public relations strategies and campaigns

• Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, government bodies, and the public

• Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials

• Monitor media coverage and public perception, and respond promptly to inquiries and issues

• Support crisis communication efforts with well-prepared statements and strategies

• Collaborate with internal departments to align communication efforts with business objectives

• Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and industry forums when necessary

• Contribute to enhancing the company’s brand presence through digital and offline channels

✅ Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Media, or a related field

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in public relations or a similar role

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet deadlines

• Confident in handling sensitive situations and managing reputational risks

• Familiarity with public relations tools, social media platforms, and media monitoring tools

بصفتك أخصائي علاقات عامة، ستكون مسؤولاً عن تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تواصل تُعزز صورة المؤسسة وسمعتها. ستكون بمثابة حلقة الوصل بين الشركة والجهات المعنية الخارجية، وتعمل على ضمان رسائل واضحة ومتسقة وإيجابية عبر جميع القنوات.

🔧 المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تطوير وتنفيذ وإدارة استراتيجيات وحملات العلاقات العامة الشاملة

• بناء علاقات قوية والحفاظ عليها مع وسائل الإعلام والهيئات الحكومية والجمهور

• صياغة وتوزيع البيانات الصحفية والمجموعات الإعلامية ومواد الاتصال الأخرى

• مراقبة التغطية الإعلامية والإدراك العام، والرد على الاستفسارات والقضايا على الفور

• دعم جهود الاتصال في حالات الأزمات باستخدام بيانات واستراتيجيات معدة جيدًا

• التعاون مع الأقسام الداخلية لمواءمة جهود الاتصال مع أهداف العمل

• تمثيل الشركة في الفعاليات والمعارض والمنتديات الصناعية عند الضرورة

• المساهمة في تعزيز حضور العلامة التجارية للشركة من خلال القنوات الرقمية وغير المتصلة بالإنترنت

✅ المؤهلات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في العلاقات العامة أو الاتصالات أو الإعلام أو مجال ذي صلة

• خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن سنتين في العلاقات العامة أو دور مماثل

• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية

• قدرات تنظيمية وشخصية قوية وقدرة على حل المشكلات

• القدرة على إدارة مشاريع متعددة تحت الضغط والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية

• واثق في التعامل مع المواقف الحساسة وإدارة المخاطر المتعلقة بالسمعة

• - المعرفة بأدوات العلاقات العامة ومنصات التواصل الاجتماعي وأدوات مراقبة وسائل الإعلام
