Sales Executive – Join Our Events & Flowers Team in Bahrain
We are an established Events and Flowers company seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to join one of our Bahrain branches. If you have sales and operations experience, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for quality customer service, we want to hear from you!
💼 Key Responsibilities:

Operate our sales system to process receipts and sales for shop staff.

Coordinate timely delivery of company orders and handle related administrative tasks.
-
Ensure the quality of shop operations and customer orders before dispatch.
-
Oversee florists to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered on time, with no complaints.

Manage corporate orders, follow up on related activities, and report progress to the General Manager.
⏰ Terms & Conditions:

Working hours: 10 to 11 hours per day.
-
Health insurance provided by the company.
-
Contract duration: 2 years.
-
Free accommodation provided (shared room with female staff).
-
Employment under company visa transfer.
-
One day off per week.
🎓 Requirements & Preferences:

Minimum 4 years of sales and operations experience (preferred).

Familiarity with POS and delivery systems is a must.

💼 المهام الرئيسية:

العمل على نظام المبيعات لإصدار الفواتير والمبيعات لفريق المتجر.

تنسيق توصيل الطلبات في الوقت المحدد والقيام بالأعمال الإدارية المتعلقة بذلك.
-
ضمان جودة العمل في المتجر والطلبات قبل تسليمها للعملاء.
-
متابعة عمل الفنيين للتأكد من إعداد الطلبات بشكل صحيح وفي الوقت المناسب دون شكاوى.
-
التعامل مع طلبات الشركات ومتابعة الأعمال ذات الصلة والتقارير إلى المدير العام.
⏰ الشروط:
-
ساعات العمل: 10 إلى 11 ساعة يوميًا.
-
التأمين الصحي مقدم من الشركة.
-
مدة العقد: سنتان.
-
سكن مجاني (غرفة مشتركة مع الموظفات الإناث).
-
يجب تحويل التأشيرة إلى تأشيرة الشركة.

يوم راحة واحد في الأسبوع.
🎓 المتطلبات والتفضيلات:

خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في المبيعات والعمليات (يفضل).

معرفة بأنظمة نقاط البيع وأنظمة التوصيل (ضروري).
