Details:

We are hiring an experienced Accountant to manage financial operations related to high-value projects. This role will support the company’s accounting functions including budget control, reporting, and compliance within the Kingdom and wider GCC region.

Conditions:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting (preferably in real estate, construction, or development in Bahrain/GCC)

• Strong knowledge of Bahrain VAT and financial laws

• Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP systems)

• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills

• CPA, CMA, or equivalent (or in progress)

• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

• Ability to manage deadlines and work with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers

• Manage AP/AR processes and reconcile accounts

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Track and report project costs and job costing

• Ensure VAT compliance and timely return submissions

• Support month-end and year-end closing

• Coordinate with site and procurement teams

• Liaise with banks, auditors, and authorities

• Help improve internal systems and financial controls
