 Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

10 years of experience in microtunnelling, trenchless technology, or similar underground construction disciplines.

Strong knowledge of microtunnelling boring machines (MTBM), guidance systems, and related equipment.

Familiarity with geotechnical investigations

Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD)

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

 

Senior Engineer (Microtunnelling Experience)

 Essential:

A degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Significant experience in microtunnelling, with a proven record of successful project delivery.

Excellent written and spoken English, with outstanding report-writing skills.

Strong understanding of microtunnelling equipment, trenchless technologies, and geotechnical principles.

Desirable:

Experience in segmental tunnelling and horizontal directional drilling (HDD).

Familiarity with Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) schemes.

Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and project management tools.

General:

Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Tunnel Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and direct the engineering aspects of segment tunnelling and SCL operations.

Oversee the integration of Drill and Blast methods with new and existing projects, depending on project requirements.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project compliance with technical specifications, safety standards and cost efficient delivery.

Lead project planning, resource allocation, and execution to meet or exceed project deliverables.

Serve as the primary technical advisor for tunnelling and underground construction projects.

Facilitate communication between project sites and headquarters, ensuring timely and accurate project updates.

International Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and direct the engineering aspects of segment tunnelling and SCL operations.

Oversee the integration of Drill and Blast methods with new and existing projects, depending on project requirements.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project compliance with technical specifications, safety standards and cost efficient delivery.

Lead project planning, resource allocation, and execution to meet or exceed project deliverables.

معرفة قوية بآلات حفر الأنفاق الدقيقة (MTBM)، وأنظمة التوجيه، والمعدات ذات الصلة.

المعرفة بالتحقيقات الجيوتقنية

الكفاءة في برامج الهندسة (على سبيل المثال، أوتوكاد)
