Who we are:

Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models.

Collaborate with data scientists to productionize prototypes and ensure robustness.
-
Develop data pipelines for training and inference using tools like Airflow, Spark, etc.
-
Monitor, tune, and retrain models as needed.
-
Work with structured and unstructured data to extract valuable insights.
-
Optimize models for cloud-based environments focusing on scalability and latency.
-
Stay updated with latest ML/AI research and apply new techniques.
Qualifications:
-
5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or related fields.

Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost.

Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
-
Strong understanding of machine learning concepts: supervised, unsupervised, deep learning.

Knowledge of model evaluation, A/B testing, and performance metrics.

Experience deploying ML models in production environments (Docker, REST APIs).
-
Solid SQL skills and experience handling large datasets.
-
Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI).

Exposure to big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and real-time data processing (Kafka, Flink).

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

تصميم وبناء ونشر نماذج تعلم آلي قابلة للتوسع.

التعاون مع علماء البيانات لتحويل النماذج الأولية إلى إنتاج وضمان صلابتها.
-
تطوير خطوط بيانات للتدريب والاستدلال باستخدام أدوات مثل Airflow و Spark.
-
مراقبة وتحسين وإعادة تدريب النماذج حسب الحاجة.
-
التعامل مع البيانات المنظمة وغير المنظمة لاستخلاص رؤى مهمة.
-
تحسين النماذج للعمل بكفاءة في بيئات الحوسبة السحابية من حيث السرعة والتوسع.
-
متابعة أحدث أبحاث وتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي وتطبيقها.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
-
خبرة عملية 5 سنوات أو أكثر في هندسة التعلم الآلي أو مجال ذي صلة.
-
إجادة لغة Python وأطر التعلم الآلي مثل scikit-learn، TensorFlow، PyTorch، أو XGBoost.
-
خبرة في خطوط البيانات، عمليات ETL، وخدمات السحابة (AWS، GCP، Azure).
-
فهم قوي لمفاهيم التعلم الآلي (المشرف، غير المشرف، التعلم العميق).
-
معرفة بتقييم النماذج، اختبارات A/B، ومقاييس الأداء.
-
خبرة في نشر النماذج في بيئات الإنتاج (Docker، REST APIs).
-
مهارات متقدمة في SQL والعمل مع مجموعات بيانات كبيرة.
-
معرفة بأدوات MLOps مثل MLflow، Kubeflow، SageMaker، Vertex AI.
-
خبرة في تقنيات البيانات الضخمة (Spark، Hadoop) ومعالجة البيانات في الوقت الفعلي (Kafka، Flink).
